When you complete the contact form on our website, we collect the following personal data:

  • Content of the message sent

We do not collect sensitive data, payment data, or use behavioural tracking cookies or analytics tools.

All fonts and icons used on this website are self-hosted on our own servers. No external font resources are loaded from third-party CDNs.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

The data collected is used solely to respond to your message and, where applicable, to follow up on a potential business relationship.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — steps taken prior to entering into a contract, at the request of the data subject.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for the period strictly necessary to respond to your message and for 1 (one) year after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires a longer retention period.

After this period, data is securely deleted.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

Your data is not sold, transferred, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Email is sent directly through Front Row's own mail server, hosted on our own infrastructure. Your data is not transmitted to any third parties for email delivery purposes.

All fonts and icons are served from our own servers. No visitor data is transmitted to third parties for typography delivery purposes.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — know what data we hold about you
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data
  • Restriction — limit processing in certain circumstances
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured format
